Know Your Carpet Warranty

There is a fair amount of confusion surrounding which form of carpet cleaning is best. In order to understand what is best for a carpet, we recommend referring to the manufacturer’s warranty. After all, only when you follow the manufacturer’s warranty, will your carpet be warranted. If you read the fine print in carpet mill literature, they most frequently stipulate professional steam cleaning (hot water extrusion or hot water extraction) as the only method acceptable in order to maintain a carpet.
